Ingredients
For the Batter
- All Purpose Flour 130 g
- Granulated Sugar 2 tbsp
- Baking Powder 1 ½ tsp
- Cinnamon (ground) ½ tsp
- Kosher Salt ½ tsp
- Egg 2
- Whole Milk 120 ml
- Apples (peeled and cut into 1cm thick rings) 2
For Frying
- High Heat Oil (grapeseed, vegetable, canola) 1 ½ l
For Dusting
- Granulated Sugar 200 g
- Cinnamon (ground) 2 tsp

Cooking Steps Prep Cooking
Measure and Mix the Dry Ingredients
Combine all the dries until fully incorporated. Mixing the dries before adding the liquids will reduce the amounts of lumps in the batter.

Finish the Batter
Add the wet ingredients, mix well and set the batter aside.

Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar
Mix the ingredients into a bowl and set aside.
Granulated Sugar | 200 grams |
Cinnamon (ground) | 2 tsps. |
Prepare the Probe
Insert the probe into the clip attached to the side of the pot making sure it doesn't touch the bottom.
Measure and Add the Oil
High Heat Oil (grapeseed, vegetable, canola) | 1 ½ liters |
1. Connect the Cookware
Turn the burner on and place the cookware on it. Tap the cookware twice until the symbol apears on the cooktop. Select Heating up and Frying and set the temperature to 176°C.
2. Prepare the Apples
While the oil preheats, peel and then cut the apples into 1cm rings. Remove the center before or after cutting to create rings.

3. Add 4-6 Apple Rings to the Batter
Using 2 forks or kitchen tongs, toss the apples in the batter allowing the excess batter to drip back and forth.
4. Add and Fry the Fritters
Add the battered rings of apple into the preheated oil and fry for 1 minute and 30 seconds or until golden brown.
5. Flip and Finish Frying the Fritters
Flip the battered rings on their other side and continue frying for 1-2 more minutes or until golden brown.
6. Remove the Fritters
Transfer the fritters to a plate or tray lined with paper towels. Continue frying all remainign rings, then turn the burner off.
7. Garnish and Serve Immediately
Dust in the cinnamon sugar and serve while warm.
