Cooking Steps Prep Cooking
Prepare the Batter
In a large bowl, measure and combine the flour and salt. Form a well in the center of the flour and add the baking powder. Pour the soda water right on top of it and begin whisking until a smooth batter is formed. Allow the batter to rest for 10 minutes or while you continue with the recipe.

Prepare the Probe
Insert the probe in the clip attached to the side of the pot making sure it doesn't touch the bottom.
Measure and Add the Oil

1. Connect the Cookware
Turn the burner and place the cookware on the burner. Tap the cookware twice until the symbol apears on the cooktop. Select Heating up and Frying and set the temperature to 175°C.
2. Whisk the Egg Whites and Finish the Batter
While the oil preheats, whip the whites vigorously until they reach a stiff peak texture. Once ready, gently fold into the rested batter and set it aside.

3. Dry and Season the Fish
Remove the fish from the refrigerator and dry both sides with paper towels, then season both sides with a little bit of salt.

4. Batter and Begin Frying the Fish
Dip up to 2 pieces of fish in the batter, then add into the oil and fry for 4 minutes and 30 seconds or until golden brown.

5. Flip and Finish Frying the Fish
Gently flip the fish on its other side and continuw cooking for 4 minutes and 30 seconds or until golden brown.
6. Remove the Fish
Transfer the fish to a plate or tray lined with paper towels. Continue frying any remaining fish, then turn off the burner.
7. Serve Immediately
Serve the fish with fresh lemon wedges and your favorite side and condiment.
