Ingredients
For the Pork Chop
- Boneless Pork Chops 4
- Kosher Salt as needed
- Black Pepper (freshly cracked) as needed
- High Heat Oil (grapeseed, vegetable, canola) 500 ml
For the Breading
- Egg (slightly beaten) 1
- Water 120 ml
- All Purpose Flour as needed
- Panko as needed

- 11"(28cm) Frying Pan
- Kitchen Mallet
- Large mixing bowl
- Paper Towel (as needed)
- Plastic Wrap (as needed)
- Tongs
- Tray or Large Plate
Cooking Steps Prep Cooking
Pound Out the Pork
Place the pork between two pieces of plastic wrap. Using a kitchen mallet, evenly pound the pork until 1/2 inch (1cm) thick. Depending on the thickness of your pork loin this step may not be necessary.

Season the Pork Cutlets
Pat dry both sides, then season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Bread the Pork Cutlets
Bread the pork by first coating it in flour and shake off any excess. Next, dip the pork into the beaten eggs (lightly beaten with some water to thin) and then the panko. Place the breaded pork on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Prepare the Probe
Insert the probe in the clip attached to the side of the pan making sure it doesn't touch the bottom.
Measure and Add the Oil
High Heat Oil (grapeseed, vegetable, canola) | 500 ml |
1. Connect the Cookware
Turn the burner on and place the cookware on it. Tap the cookware twice until the symbol apears on the cooktop. Select Heating up and Frying and set the temperature to 165°C.
2. Add and Fry the Pork Cutlets
Using a pair of tongs, add 2 pork cutlets to the pan making sure that they do not touch. Fry the first side for 4 minutes or until golden brown.

3. Flip and Finish Frying the Pork Cutlets
Flip the cutlets and fry for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Remove the Pork Cutlets
Transfer the pork to a paper towel-lined tray or plate and season with salt. Continue frying any remaining cutlets, then turn the burner off.
5. Serve as Desired
Serve with some lemon juice, mustard, or your favorite condiment and side.
